I sold one of my rental properties remotely through Melinda. The unit needed 26k in repairs, multiple contractors, coordination of each. Deadlines to be met. Quality of upgrades to optimize sale. As you may well know, rehab is a quagmire of contractors, permits, inspections, and appraisals.
How much of this did I handle?
Zilch.
Melinda effectively became realtor and General Contractor. The work done was excellent. Thus the property sold for full listed price within 5 days.
