We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. Along the way there were several bumps in the road from small, little things but Debbie remained always the consummate professional and was my voice of reason and my go to for win-win situations. We had an offer in 2 days but lost the offer for unforeseen reasons. Debbie remained calm and reassured me we would have another offer in no time. Sure enough, we had 2 offers the week it went back on the market.
