In the beginning she provided lots of data and past histories for pricing the house but I never felt pressured...in fact we randomly came up with almost the same selling price. Along the way there were several bumps in the road from small, little things but Debbie remained always the consummate professional and was my voice of reason and my go to for win-win situations. We had an offer in 2 days but lost the offer for unforeseen reasons. Debbie remained calm and reassured me we would have another offer in no time. Sure enough, we had 2 offers the week it went back on the market. My major issue with this whole process is that there is not enough stars!!! Erika came highly recommended by friends and she did not disappoint! She was very punctual and EXTREMELY accommodating. She guided me through two separate purchases over the course of a year (both of which were flawlessly conducted while I was out of town) and provided much needed guidance during both processes! I would absolutely recommend Erika to anyone and will 100% be contacting her again when it come time to sell!!
