She's always on time, and respond instantly. She is very personable but not at all crossing the lines or being remotely pushy in any way, I couldn't say enough good things about her. Alicia was amazing during the entire process from our first meeting where we met over coffee to discuss the process (this was our first house!) to the final closing signatures. She was insightful and provided guidance when it was needed and gave us enough space to make our own decisions and take our time as well.
