After years of being an out of state landlord, we decided it was time to put our house on the market. Robin visited the house shortly after I contacted her and gave us some suggestions on repairs and an asking price prior to putting it on the market. The house went on the market on a Saturday and was under contract by that Monday. I would highly recommend Robin and her team to buy or sell a home in the tidewater area.
