I must share our story with those who are reading it to truly understand how dedicated and professional Melinda is.
We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. That wonderful day, Our phone conversation was all about Us explaining in detail on what kind of home we were hoping to find, How important the location is to us...the property size and being private along the Elizabeth river if possible. Everything she explained to us on what she was going to do in sending us homes to look at thru email or text or both, Happened instantly and kept happening each day.

Robin gave a fair assessment of my property and quickly listed on the major sites with attractive photos. Each time I had questions, she responded quickly and thoroughly. Robin was proactive by holding an open house and actively finding a buyer. Once the contract was signed the process was smooth and timely. The closing occurred on time and without any problems.
