Robin gets it done! She will find you the right affordable home and her market savvy is very impressive. We worked her very hard a couple of years ago right up to putting in a contract and then we had to suddenly pull out of the process for personal reasons. She was extremely understanding and supportive. Hence, the reason we came right back to her when we were ready to buy. She got us on track. Robin was the right Realtor to hire when it seems like everyone and their brother is an agent these days. She is highly organized, professional, courteous, and responds quickly to text and emails (and I had many!). Home selling is never straightforward and she always had good advice and a battle plan in her back-pocket when the bumps came. The NextHome systems she uses are modern and easy to use on your phone, which it made it easier for me to sign and approve things away from my computer. Her advertising was spot-on and her pictures and video of the house were beautiful. Robin has the experience I needed to sell a niche home in a city that generally gets a bad wrap - and it sold for full asking price! I was really happy to have her in my corner to get through this process.
