I would recommend Melinda to anyone who seriously is looking to buy a home. She is very thorough and prepared at every property. She gets all available information for you so you can make the best decision in your home buying journey. We are renting, but she found us a rental that is nice and in a good area. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is available whenever you need her which is a lot to ask because she has many clients, but still makes time for each of her clients. Robin gets it done! She will find you the right affordable home and her market savvy is very impressive. We worked her very hard a couple of years ago right up to putting in a contract and then we had to suddenly pull out of the process for personal reasons. She was extremely understanding and supportive. Hence, the reason we came right back to her when we were ready to buy. She got us on track.
