However, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I had to remove the listing and delay the sale of my home. Debbie was very understanding, patient and maintained the same level of concern and professionalism. Throughout the delay, she reached out often to see how things were going and to offer encouragement. The house re-listed on December 8 and in less than 24 hours several offers were made. Within a couple of days I signed a contract. Debbie walked me through every step of the selling process. She explained things in a way I could easily understand, made everything simple to navigate, kept me updated on progress and was always available to answer any questions. I absolutely enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!
