Ms. Dever Clevinger has been an outstanding agent for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new condo. Dever started this process in June of last year while we were trying to identify the things that needed to be done for the successful sale of our home of the last 18 years. Throughout this process she answered every call and took the time to advise us about repairs and improvement that would help make this transition successful. Whenever we were challenged to find the resources we needed, Dever took the time to provide us with recommendations that allowed us to complete the preparation for the sale of our home. While this was happening, she also stayed engaged in finding us our future home. For over 6 months Dever was finding new places to look at while we communicated our ever-changing ideas.

From listing to getting an offer within 30 days on the sale of our house and 30 more days to zero in on our new home.
