I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Melinda! I was in need of finding a place to live during the height of the covid-19 pandemic and she went above and beyond. We spent a lot of time on FaceTime, text and calls to find the perfect place. Melinda was very up front and honest through the whole process. I am so grateful to her for this whole experience. Melinda is an absolute rockstar. She took us to places that completely fit what we were looking for and didn’t try to sell us on everything. She just let us look around. Then she gave us her honest opinion as to what she thinks would be a fair offer for that property. She works fast, and always responds to an questions ASAP. We had a little bit of a problem at the end with the seller fixing some issues with the property and Melinda handled it super quick to we could close on time. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent!!
