Debbie was so wonderful to work with and I always felt like it was always a team effort! In the beginning she provided lots of data and past histories for pricing the house but I never felt pressured...in fact we randomly came up with almost the same selling price. Along the way there were several bumps in the road from small, little things but Debbie remained always the consummate professional and was my voice of reason and my go to for win-win situations. We had an offer in 2 days but lost the offer for unforeseen reasons. Debbie remained calm and reassured me we would have another offer in no time. Sure enough, we had 2 offers the week it went back on the market. I can not say enough great things about Debbie but I can say with clarity and great confidence that she is a true treasure and a gem to work with and I hope I am able to send her as much business as possible.
