I must share our story with those who are reading it to truly understand how dedicated and professional Melinda is.
We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. That wonderful day, Our phone conversation was all about Us explaining in detail on what kind of home we were hoping to find, How important the location is to us...the property size and being private along the Elizabeth river if possible. Everything she explained to us on what she was going to do in sending us homes to look at thru email or text or both, Happened instantly and kept happening each day.
On a Friday evening" 8 days from our first conversation" at 8.30 pm I got a text, Hey, This home just hit the market. Wow, We looked at it, Loved it and she had already schedule an appointment for us to look at it the next day, Saturday at 4pm...Submitted an offer that evening.
Our saving Grace here is how Melinda acted so quickly, put us where we were the very first people to look at this home.
After we submitted the offer, she knew many people were going to be looking at this home. She advise us to be proactive in making some changes in our offer prior to the seller receiving all of the other offers.
Again, Her expertise was right on.
Her dedication goes beyond finding your dream home, for once we were told the home was ours, she stays with you all the way to closing.
Melinda, You opened the door for Us " Jeff & Esma" Guided us in the right direction to where We now have Our Beautiful Dream Home.
