Melinda was absolutely amazing. She was able to set us up to look at an abundance of properties and allowed us to customize lists for which ones to see in person. As first time home buyers she made this process really easy, has information for everything we needed and recommended or already had someone available to complete the various tasks that come with home buying, i.e. inspections and appraisals. She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and worked well with the seller to get us an awesome place for a good deal.
