Dever made the home buying process incredibly easy and streamlined. We reached out to her with our new move to North Carolina. After 10 minutes of telling her what we were looking for, she sent us an email of all the available houses we would like. After letting her know which ones we would like to see, she set up a schedule of all 8 houses for that Saturday! She gave us her feedback without us feeling pressured to take her opinion when looking at houses.
