Ms. Dever Clevinger has been an outstanding agent for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new condo. Dever started this process in June of last year while we were trying to identify the things that needed to be done for the successful sale of our home of the last 18 years. When I first called Robin I was a little hesitant. People always warn you about bad realtors just wanting to make some money and being shady. This wasn’t true for Robin. When I met her she had a colored streak in her hair and drove a tiny blue VW bug that had “listed” on her license plate. Her sense of humor but me at ease. Since working with her, she was always very professional and up front with me. She gave me her honest input and recommendations that never left me uncomfortable in my decision. She was so great with helping my family and I buy a home, that we used her again to sell it 3 years later. My wife and I are so grateful of Robin. She really did make our buying/selling very easy. If the military sends us back to VA, we know who we are calling.
