When I first called Robin I was a little hesitant. People always warn you about bad realtors just wanting to make some money and being shady. This wasn’t true for Robin. When I met her she had a colored streak in her hair and drove a tiny blue VW bug that had “listed” on her license plate. Her sense of humor but me at ease. Since working with her, she was always very professional and up front with me. She gave me her honest input and recommendations that never left me uncomfortable in my decision. She was so great with helping my family and I buy a home, that we used her again to sell it 3 years later. My wife and I are so grateful of Robin. She really did make our buying/selling very easy. If the military sends us back to VA, we know who we are calling.

She showed us houses often using video chat and even got us a video chat with a builder all before we arrived in the States. We can not recommend Melinda enough! When we received orders and knew we would be needing to looking for a home in a state that neither of us had ever been to, Melinda went the extra mile! She showed us homes in several places near to where we needed to be. Melinda used her knowledge of the area to assure us that we were going to be in a great location for a family, set up FaceTime walkthroughs with us while one was in Texas and the other overseas, and carefully walked us through the whole process. She truly made us feel so welcomed and valued. You will not be dissapointed in her care!
