Melinda was absolutely amazing. She was able to set us up to look at an abundance of properties and allowed us to customize lists for which ones to see in person. As first time home buyers she made this process really easy, has information for everything we needed and recommended or already had someone available to complete the various tasks that come with home buying, i.e. inspections and appraisals. She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and worked well with the seller to get us an awesome place for a good deal. I would recommend her highly and will continue to use her for future home buying endeavors.

Dever made the home buying process incredibly easy and streamlined. We reached out to her with our new move to North Carolina. After 10 minutes of telling her what we were looking for, she sent us an email of all the available houses we would like. After letting her know which ones we would like to see, she set up a schedule of all 8 houses for that Saturday! She gave us her feedback without us feeling pressured to take her opinion when looking at houses. After putting an offer on a house, she was very quick in answering all our questions either by phone, email or text.
