Melinda is an absolute rockstar. She took us to places that completely fit what we were looking for and didn’t try to sell us on everything. She just let us look around. Then she gave us her honest opinion as to what she thinks would be a fair offer for that property. She works fast, and always responds to an questions ASAP. We had a little bit of a problem at the end with the seller fixing some issues with the property and Melinda handled it super quick to we could close on time. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent!!

Alicia was amazing during the entire process from our first meeting where we met over coffee to discuss the process (this was our first house!) to the final closing signatures. She was insightful and provided guidance when it was needed and gave us enough space to make our own decisions and take our time as well. We were deciding on a house from abroad which added to the process, but Alicia took it all in stride, accommodating time differences and bad internet connections.
