We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. After putting an offer on a house, she was very quick in answering all our questions either by phone, email or text. After meeting with Dever and explaining what we were looking for in a house, she hit the ground running. She made all the arrangements to view homes that she knew we could be interested in. Dever also was able to keep us both up to date, since my husband was already in North Carolina and I was still in New York helping my mom through chemo, it was no easy task. My major issue with this whole process is that there is not enough stars!!! Erika came highly recommended by friends and she did not disappoint! She was very punctual and EXTREMELY accommodating. She guided me through two separate purchases over the course of a year (both of which were flawlessly conducted while I was out of town) and provided much needed guidance during both processes! I would absolutely recommend Erika to anyone and will 100% be contacting her again when it come time to sell!!
