I must share our story with those who are reading it to truly understand how dedicated and professional Melinda is.
We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. That wonderful day, Our phone conversation was all about Us explaining in detail on what kind of home we were hoping to find, How important the location is to us...the property size and being private along the Elizabeth river if possible. Everything she explained to us on what she was going to do in sending us homes to look at thru email or text or both, Happened instantly and kept happening each day.

Not only she walked us through all the steps, explained everything, repairing, every detail, but also helped coordinating all the events when we're couldn't be there! She's always on time, and respond instantly. She is very personable but not at all crossing the lines or being remotely pushy in any way, I couldn't say enough good things about her.
