I would recommend Melinda to anyone who seriously is looking to buy a home. She is very thorough and prepared at every property. She gets all available information for you so you can make the best decision in your home buying journey. We are renting, but she found us a rental that is nice and in a good area. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is available whenever you need her which is a lot to ask because she has many clients, but still makes time for each of her clients. Debbie was wonderful to work with! I originally listed my home in September and received several solid offers within a couple of days.
