How to begin! We have been looking for a condo for about 2 years. Melinda was faithful in sending me information almost daily to help in that journey. When our house sold we had to find something quick, Melinda gave so very much of her time to make that happen. She was always quick to answer any question, if she did not know the answer, she would tell you so and find the answer. I never sent a text, email or phone call that was not answered right away. The main quality I found in Melinda as a Real Estate Agent was her patience, she made us feel we were the most important clients she had everyday. Debbie was so wonderful to work with and I always felt like it was always a team effort! In the beginning she provided lots of data and past histories for pricing the house but I never felt pressured...in fact we randomly came up with almost the same selling price. Along the way there were several bumps in the road from small, little things but Debbie remained always the consummate professional and was my voice of reason and my go to for win-win situations. We had an offer in 2 days but lost the offer for unforeseen reasons. Debbie remained calm and reassured me we would have another offer in no time. Sure enough, we had 2 offers the week it went back on the market.
