We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. Debbie was wonderful to work with! I originally listed my home in September and received several solid offers within a couple of days. However, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I had to remove the listing and delay the sale of my home. Debbie was very understanding, patient and maintained the same level of concern and professionalism. Throughout the delay, she reached out often to see how things were going and to offer encouragement. The house re-listed on December 8 and in less than 24 hours several offers were made. Within a couple of days I signed a contract. Debbie walked me through every step of the selling process. She explained things in a way I could easily understand, made everything simple to navigate, kept me updated on progress and was always available to answer any questions. She showed us houses often using video chat and even got us a video chat with a builder all before we arrived in the States. Once we were stateside, she worked tirelessly to make sure we were able to see as many homes as possible and introduced us to South Mills, NC where we built our home.
