Robin was phenomenal. We reached out to Robin to sell our rental property while we were stationed in another state AND selling with a power of attorney. She took care of all the communication with other parties and kept us updated. She forwarded necessary documents to her lawyer to confirm the POA would be sufficient. She set repairs to be made on the the home with her handy-man.
