I must share our story with those who are reading it to truly understand how dedicated and professional Melinda is.
We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. That wonderful day, Our phone conversation was all about Us explaining in detail on what kind of home we were hoping to find, How important the location is to us...the property size and being private along the Elizabeth river if possible. Everything she explained to us on what she was going to do in sending us homes to look at thru email or text or both, Happened instantly and kept happening each day.
On a Friday evening" 8 days from our first conversation" at 8.30 pm I got a text, Hey, This home just hit the market. Wow, We looked at it, Loved it and she had already schedule an appointment for us to look at it the next day, Saturday at 4pm...Submitted an offer that evening.

Whenever we were challenged to find the resources we needed, Dever took the time to provide us with recommendations that allowed us to complete the preparation for the sale of our home. While this was happening, she also stayed engaged in finding us our future home. For over 6 months Dever was finding new places to look at while we communicated our ever-changing ideas.

From listing to getting an offer within 30 days on the sale of our house and 30 more days to zero in on our new home.
