I really liked her state-of-the art marketing approach that included a 3D virtual tour of our house and video posts to multiple websites in addition to the MLS. Her approach was very effective--- we sold our investment property at asking price within two days and had multiple offers! She was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the entire process.
