We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. That wonderful day, Our phone conversation was all about Us explaining in detail on what kind of home we were hoping to find, How important the location is to us...the property size and being private along the Elizabeth river if possible. She had valuable input that was offered but she balanced this well by ultimately letting us form our own opinions. Whenever we needed anything she was very responsive and prompt for appointments while being super polite with any interactions; email, calls etc.
