How to begin! We have been looking for a condo for about 2 years. Melinda was faithful in sending me information almost daily to help in that journey. When our house sold we had to find something quick, Melinda gave so very much of her time to make that happen. She was always quick to answer any question, if she did not know the answer, she would tell you so and find the answer. I never sent a text, email or phone call that was not answered right away. Alicia was amazing during the entire process from our first meeting where we met over coffee to discuss the process (this was our first house!) to the final closing signatures. She was insightful and provided guidance when it was needed and gave us enough space to make our own decisions and take our time as well. We were deciding on a house from abroad which added to the process, but Alicia took it all in stride, accommodating time differences and bad internet connections. It was great working with Alicia and would do so again in the future, but hopefully not too soon!
