We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. Robin visited the house shortly after I contacted her and gave us some suggestions on repairs and an asking price prior to putting it on the market. The house went on the market on a Saturday and was under contract by that Monday. I would highly recommend Robin and her team to buy or sell a home in the tidewater area.
