Melinda is an absolute rockstar. She took us to places that completely fit what we were looking for and didn’t try to sell us on everything. She just let us look around. Then she gave us her honest opinion as to what she thinks would be a fair offer for that property. She works fast, and always responds to an questions ASAP. Debbie was so wonderful to work with and I always felt like it was always a team effort! In the beginning she provided lots of data and past histories for pricing the house but I never felt pressured...in fact we randomly came up with almost the same selling price. Along the way there were several bumps in the road from small, little things but Debbie remained always the consummate professional and was my voice of reason and my go to for win-win situations. We had an offer in 2 days but lost the offer for unforeseen reasons. Debbie remained calm and reassured me we would have another offer in no time.
