She was always quick to answer any question, if she did not know the answer, she would tell you so and find the answer. I never sent a text, email or phone call that was not answered right away. The main quality I found in Melinda as a Real Estate Agent was her patience, she made us feel we were the most important clients she had everyday. She also followed through will all steps from looking to closing. If we ever need another Real Estate Agent you can be assured it will be Melinda Swager.
