I must share our story with those who are reading it to truly understand how dedicated and professional Melinda is.
We have looked for our dream home for over 8 months, That is, until our path crossed with Melinda's. That wonderful day, Our phone conversation was all about Us explaining in detail on what kind of home we were hoping to find, How important the location is to us...the property size and being private along the Elizabeth river if possible. We were referred to Robin through a mutual friend and we were so glad we were! We were moving to the area from Florida and she made the transition so smooth! She made the time to show us houses the limited time we could be in the area to do so and she listened to our needs and found a home for us that fits our family and is beautiful! She stayed on top of everything which gave us piece of mind working from another state! She took the time to take a video during the inspection which we couldn’t be there for and she was able to get us a home warranty which we are beyond grateful for! She made the process much less stressful and we felt confident having her and those she works with in our corner!
