On a Friday evening" 8 days from our first conversation" at 8.30 pm I got a text, Hey, This home just hit the market. Wow, We looked at it, Loved it and she had already schedule an appointment for us to look at it the next day, Saturday at 4pm...Submitted an offer that evening.

She took care of getting the inspection done and doing the final walkthrough. Without Melinda I would have been uncomfortable buying a house sight unseen
