My major issue with this whole process is that there is not enough stars!!! Erika came highly recommended by friends and she did not disappoint! She was very punctual and EXTREMELY accommodating. She guided me through two separate purchases over the course of a year (both of which were flawlessly conducted while I was out of town) and provided much needed guidance during both processes! I would absolutely recommend Erika to anyone and will 100% be contacting her again when it come time to sell!!

After years of being an out of state landlord, we decided it was time to put our house on the market. Robin visited the house shortly after I contacted her and gave us some suggestions on repairs and an asking price prior to putting it on the market.
